The main benefit of working with a personal trainer is that we make sure you’re exercising properly and safely with the correct form and posture, allowing you to maximise your results. We’ll keep you safe, while encouraging you to challenge yourself and your self beliefs about what you can achieve.
Your personal training session will be at an agreed venue indoors or outdoors where we have all the equipment necessary to give you an excellent cardio or strength training workout. At the end of every session you’ll receive a stretch and short sports massage.
We believe in quietly coaching our clients to their best and we’ll never belittle you or raise our voice. We know that might work on TV shows, but not in real life.
